There are four Sections in Services Wing:
- Section-I deals with the establishment matters of all BS-18 and above officers belonging to DMG and PMS, cadres. In addition to that the section acts as a focal point for initiation of policy inputs concerning civil service reforms.
- Section-II deals with establishment matters of BS-18 and above officers of Police/Prisons Department. Besides, it also deals with the promotion cases of DSP to SP, reimbursement of medical claims, pension, G.P. Fund etc.
- Section-III deals with monitoring of litigation, relating to Services Wing, S&GAD and Management of interns under National Internship Programme in all districts of Punjab.
- Section (Legal) deals with the court cases pertaining to Services, Establishment and Confidential Wings of S&GAD in High Court, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Services Tribunal and Provincial Ombudsman.
