The Personnel Wing provides Official Staff to all Administrative Departments of the Punjab Civil Secretariat. It also takes necessary actions to appoint surplus officers/staff against vacancies and manages all matter pertaining to the surplus pool of the Government of the Punjab.
Personnel Wing is in touch with the general public only to extent of recruitment to the direct recruitment posts like stenographers, assistants, junior clerks and naib qasids.
