OPC Holds Open-House for Staff

Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC), Punjab arranged an open-house for the staff members to provide an opportunity to them to share their proposals for bringing further improvement and efficiency in the office working and to redress their problems in an amicable manner. Vice Chairperson OPC Shaheen Khalid Butt, Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti, Chairman Public Facilitation Committee, Sajid Chaudhary, DG Syed Javed Iqbal Bokhari, Additional DG Agha Yousaf   and other officers and staff members attended the session.

Speaking on the occasion, Shaheen Khalid Butt and Afzaal Bhatti said that this open-house has been held to give a conducive platform to the staff to informally give their input about the affairs of the office and added that this session would be held every month with same passion. They said that this session would help to infuse the spirit of teamwork and staff can share personal problems for prompt solutions. Shaheen Khalid Butt and Afzaal Bhatti said that feasible proposals presented by the staff would be implemented upon swiftly to ensure better service-delivery for the employees of the OPC and betterment of office working.

DG Syed Javed Iqbal Bokhari and Additional DG Agha Yousaf, while speaking on this occasion, said that purpose of this open-house session is to listen to the proposals of the staff for ensuring more conducive working environment.
The employees of the OPC gave different proposals for bringing further betterments in the office functioning to better serve Overseas Pakistanis. The management of the OPC announced to give approval to certain suggestions and said that the OPC office will continue to serve the expatriate Pakistanis with full vigor and zeal.
