The Budget Wing comprises of the following sub wings:

| This Wing is responsible for the preparation of the provincial budget, including foreign exchange budget and publication of the budget documents. It is also involved in the formulation of Annual Development Programme (ADP), which is developed and monitored by Planning & Development Department in close consultation with the Administrative Department. Re-appropriation of funds, outside the competence of Administrative Department are also dealt by the Budget Wing. | |

| This wing is concerned with provincial government's resource position, all matters pertaining to provincial taxes, provincial share in the federal divisible taxes, federal grants and loans and all other matters relating to receipts from and payment to the federal government, foreign-aid, scrutiny of foreign loan agreements, management of public debt, and loans to autonomous bodies. It also deals with the State Bank of Pakistan. | |

| Administrative control of Finance Department on Local Fund Audit Department & Treasuries/District Accounts Offices is exercised through this wing. All establishment and budget proposals, appointments, transfers and postings of officers of these Attached Departments are considered and decided in this wing. | |
