Overseas Pakistani Gets Back Possession of House worth Rs 25 Million

Due to the efforts made by Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, a Saudi Arabia based expatriate has got back possession of his house worth Rs. 25 Million. Vice Chairperson OPC, Senator Shaheen Khalid Butt and Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti informed in this connection that Ameen Ahsan, filed a complaint that tenant, without his consent, has further rented out his ten marla house situated in Faisal Town Lahore to someone else who has refused to vacate the house. This complaint was referred to District Overseas Pakistanis Committee (DOPC) Lahore and with the help of members of DOPC, the said house was got vacated and handed over to its owner. Shaheen Khalid Butt and Afzaal Bhatti further told that expatriate Pakistanis can contact OPC any time for rederessal of their complaints.
