Musarrat Misbah will deliver a special lecture on women rights at 10 am at University of Lahore under “her talk” campaign of elimination of violence against women under the aegis of Provincial Women Development Department. Later, Oscar Award winner documentary film of Obaid Chinoy “The Girl in the River” will be exhibited.
